Secret to Finding the Best Business and Properties

 

As a Buyer you will typically not pay any broker commission when you purchase a business or property. The seller will usually pay this. But what happens if the seller is willing to pay only a small or no commission. The seller is either trying to make more money or sell at a slightly lower price. The problem here is that the buyer loses. First the buyer will probably never see this business. Since the buyer’s broker doesn’t get paid he will not present it to any potential buyer. You will just have to be lucky enough to stumble across it. Second, if you do happen to see it and decide to buy, you have no representation (no broker representing you). This means you have no protection. This could be a financial and maybe even a legal disaster.

 

More sophisticated buyers however will offer to pay a commission to their broker if the seller is not willing to pay. This way the buyer will have access to all opportunities on the market and will have representation when they are ready to buy.
