VALUATIONS
AW Ackerman Commercial Real Estate Services is able to draw on our experience to provide crucial information to those who are not necessarily ready to sell or buy a gas station. You may be an owner, potential buyer or a lender who needs information regarding a specific business or property. The most repeated requests we receive are for “Opinions of Value” or valuation of a specific business and property and “How much rent should I charge my tenant for my gas station"?
We can provide consulting services and answers to these and other questions. We can provide services based on flat fees and/or hourly rates. We would be happy to give you a quote.
For opinions of value we charge $500. This is not an appraisal provided by a certified appraiser which typically runs in the $5000 range. Our opinion is based on information you provide and our own research which will result in the most likely price a buyer would pay. It will include a written detailed expla nation.
For an opinion of what a market rent rate should be for a business and gas station property we charge a $250 flat rate. Again we will provide a written report.
